    "The Path, of the Path of Blessing"

 

                1-A birth in the middle of a pandemic

The deadly virus that confined the whole world during the Coronavirus pandemic in 2020 hardly confined the Spirit and its works.

In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, where the whole world and the Church are greatly upset and confinement has suspended public attendance at worship, religious find the need to evangelize through the means of distance that are now available. as beneficial in view of the critical health situation. Thus, under the aegis of Father Jean AMEGBLE sj, the star of Jesus we call him, they are 7 religious to get together to initiate this path of Blessing.

 

               2- L’élan vital vers le fonds baptismal

The positive energy of Fr. Jean and his companions combine favorably but also eminently towards the heights of this project. Between October and December 2020, the team lays the groundwork for what will be the future Barika-Sira association.

January – March 2021 : This is the drafting phase of the project. For the first time, the name " BARIKA SIRA (Path of blessing) is written black on white in the texts. This phase was followed by the drafting of the statute and regulations.

the 04 April 2021, at Easter, in a solemn way, the commercial announcing the birth of the WEB/TV BARIKA project is officially launched. The international coordination is set up and the headquarters installed in Lomé.

 

                  3- The path, the path of blessing

Once placed on the baptismal font, the new path of blessing slowly but surely made its way first through the creation of national seats, in particular:

– May 2022: NGO Barika Cameroon

-July 2022: NGO Barika CI

-August 2022: NGO Barika Kenya

August 2022: NGO Barika Togo
